All we will need from you is a data file with your information in it. This data file can be opened from the below link, edited, and saved to your local desktop as a TAB DELIMITED TXT file and then uploaded to the server.  We can accept tab delimited files.

You can also just save the sample file to your desktop and use your favorite program to modify the file. If you work in Excel, make sure you save the file as a tab delimited txt file. If you work in a text editor, save with COMMA DELIMITED with QUOTES AS A TEXT QUALIFIER on all fields.

Saving as a .csv from Excel will remove the double quotes around each field and the data will need to be repaired before it will be accepted by the server.

If you are having problems with uploading your file, contact Don at the above phone number or email us a sample file. If your file is created externally, tell us who your provider is for pictures, window stickers, and ADF E-mail.  We will contact your provider and work with them to accomplish whatever is needed. If there is an additional cost from your provider, the dealership will be responsible for the cost. We will make sure any additional expenses are pre-approved.
