The undersigned Advertiser agrees to purchase advertising on Cars4usa. All advertising is accepted subject to terms and conditions of this agreement. Agreement will be automatically renewed unless otherwise specified by dealer. By signing this agreement, the advertiser/agency agrees that it has received a copy of this agreement and agrees to abide by its terms and conditions and hereby accepts and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth on the cars4usa.net website. The advertiser/agency authorizes cars4usa.net to make additions to their account at third party vendors for the purpose of obtaining a data feed and/or delivering sales leads. Each listing is subject to review and Cars4usa reserves the right to refuse or delete any listing we feel misleading or inappropriate. Invoices are due upon receipt. Refunds cannot be issued for any purchase after the first listing has been posted. If an advertising agency places advertising for an advertiser, the agency guarantees payment due Cars4usa. Not withstanding to whom bills are rendered, Advertiser, Agency and/or Buying Service, jointly and severally shall remain obligated to pay to Cars4usa the amount of any invoices rendered by Cars4usa within the time specified. Payment by Advertiser to Agency or to a Buying Service does not constitute payment to Cars4usa. Advertiser/agency agrees that it has read and understands the terms of this agreement and has authority to execute it, and in so doing accepts full responsibility for payment of advertising under the terms of this agreement. A facsimile signature on this agreement shall bind the signee and/or the company for which he/she is an agent to the same extent as if it were an original signature.
